CommentsWe have been coming up for a few years now, once a week with friends, we never made beer, but our friends do. Love your food and the atmosphere, BUT, the last time we were there -- several men were brewing and getting increasingly drunk, came up front to eat and were rude to the staff (maybe that's why the servers get angry when it's crowned) I know you want to make a profit, but, at the expense of losing other customers? Maybe you should limit consumption or not allow it at all in the back room?

CommentsI've just attended a wedding in Wilmington NC and the grandfather of the groom brought a supply of beer that he had brewed at the Beer Kettle. As a resident of the U.K. I just want to thank you guys for producing the best beer I have tasted in the U.S.A. and it certainly beats all of your commercial domestic beers that I have tried.

CommentsFollowing up with a note to say the bottling went great and the beers are quite tasty. I've certainly had worse from commercial brands. Anyone who hasn't tried brewing at the BK is really missing a unique experience. We already signed up for our next session! Thanks especially to the staff for all the help.

The food and beer were great, definitely worth the trip. The catfish was aawesome, as was the pork. We hope to be back often even though it is a 45-50 minute drive.

CommentsIf you had purchased $1000.00 of Nortel stock one year ago, it would now be worth $49.00.
With Enron, you would have had $16.50 left of the original $1,000.00.
With WorldCom, you would have had less than $5.00 left.
With Lucent, you would have $3.50 left of the original $1000..00
But, if you had purchased $1, 000.00 worth of beer one year ago, drank all the beer, then turned in the cans for the aluminum recycling REFUND you would have had $214.00.
Based on the above, the best current investment advice is to drink heavily and recycle.
It's called the 401-Keg Plan.
Just thought everyone would like to know! :-)

CommentsReally appreciate that you keep a few darks on tap in the summer & lighter brews in the winter. Tradition says no, but since darks are my favorite, I often get a hankering for one in hot weather. Vice versa when it's cold. Love BK: good food, good beer, best tap selection around, great brewing.

CommentsI just wanted to drop a line to say thanks for the mind blowing good beer I had at your brewery on a recent trip to OH. I live in Ireland and suffer from a serious hop famine. All our beers are a little too well balanced with malt and we do not have access to IPA, my favourite brew.
Do you by any chance do a beer club where you send a selection of bottles on a monthly basis? Have you ever shipped beer? Do you think it would be possible to ship overseas?
Best regards and thanks again,
Kevin

CommentsFive of us drove up from Columbus, in the snow no less, this past weekend. What an absolute delight this visit was! Our service was fantastic, the food was great (Best Mac and Cheese EVER) and the beer...What can you say about the beer?! I had sooo much fun doing my beer tasting. Being able to walk in back and watch people brewing their own beer was really cool. I enjoyed my piece of Ogre Fest 2007 and will definitely drive up here again just to visit...THANK YOU!

received my first Brew Kettle newsletter, what a great idea! My friends and I
didn't know what we were going to do Friday night, after receiving your newsletter, then visiting your new website, we thought those RN Dry Irish Stouts and corned beef specials sounded good.
I look forward to receiving more of your newsletter specials in my email. I also really like the "on tap" page, it really gives me a good idea of what I will have when I get there! Now us corporate guys and girls can keep up with the
brew kettle on line! Keep up the great work.
