Ringneck Brewery
The Ringneck Brewing Company, our production side of the business,
also began it's operations in 1995.
From that humble beginning, we have
been committed to producing ales and lagers of superb quality and character.
The brewery has grown from a "3-barrel" system, producing approximately 93
gallons of beer per batch, to a "12-barrel", which can yield about 370
gallons!
Our beers are hand-crafted using
only the finest ingredients: filtered Lake Erie
water, malted barley, hops and yeast. Brewing on site
enables us to brew according to the demand, ensuring our customers the freshest
beer possible.
